Performance Properties LLC was formed in 2009 by David St. Amant. At 43 years of age and having 26 years' experience working in all the trades and the steel manufacturing industry. David furthered his career working as a facility manager in the corporate world learning the non-trade aspects of facility management and earning a Designation as Facilities Management Administrator from BOMI. Having this knowledge and experience he set off to do what he is passionate about. Performance Properties LLC is not just another Property / Facility Management Company, it is the life's work of one individual that is driven to make changes, implement processes, procedures and standards to improve overall conditions. I am very proud of what I have accomplished and so grateful for my team and service providers that provide services to our clients. We genuinely care and it shows in our commitment to be excellent.
